Screening clients for potential forms of relief is one of the most important steps in representation but can be one of the most challenging. In this virtual training, expert immigration attorneys will provide an overview of common forms of immigration relief for family groups facing removal or deportation and share successful strategies in screening family group clients. Panelists will share their insights, experiences, and practical pointers. The presentation aims to deliver tailored guidance for advocates working with family groups in removal proceedings.
