Please join us for a training offered by Harris Health on the FAP (a.k.a Gold Card) application process. This training is designed for any and all social services staff who work directly with clients and want to assist in applying for this program. Attendees will cover the FAP application process, requirements for eligibility, the various forms needed to apply along with enrollment for ACA. This Harris Health training will also include a lens for folks who work predominately with immigrant clients with and without legal status.
