This workshop will address recent changes in legal immigration policies and migrant protection laws amid the coronavirus pandemic. Featured topics include asylum, immigration court procedures and relief such as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), temporary protected status (TPS) and many other issues, as well how to utilize expert witnesses.
The workshop will be held virtually via Zoom.
