This is the second webinar in the four-part series, “Overview of Citizenship: Acquisition, Derivation and Naturalization.”
In webinar two, we will cover the residence and physical presence requirements for naturalization. We will also discuss maintenance of lawful permanent resident status and the issue of abandonment. Finally, presenters will review the civics and English language requirements and exemptions, and who qualifies for a waiver of the requirements based on a physical or developmental disability or mental impairment.
