
U.S. immigration law provides a specific process for refugees and asylees in the U.S. to be reunited with their derivative spouses and children. This webinar will cover both the law and procedure for refugee and asylee family reunification. Presenters will discuss the eligibility requirements for I-730 relative petitions, evidentiary issues, filing procedures, adjudication issues and consular processing challenges. The session will also cover strategies for responding to Requests for Evidence, or RFEs, and Notices of Intent to Deny, or NOIDs.
