Applicants applying for permanent residence through either adjustment of status or consular processing must establish they are admissible to the United States. This webinar will cover updates on select grounds of inadmissibility including false claims to U.S. citizenship, immigration violations, criminal grounds and document fraud under INA § 274C. Presenters will also discuss DHS’ proposal to significantly broaden who must appear for biometrics collection, the expansion of the methods used for personal data collection, and how this change could impact the family-based immigration process.
