This is the last webinar in the three-part webinar series: Navigating Refugee and Asylee Issues.
In this webinar presenters will discuss issues that are unique to refugees and asylees in the naturalization process. The session will also cover when and how asylum and refugee termination issues arise and strategies to represent your client when U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, or USCIS, attempts to terminate status. Finally, we will discuss how your client can travel, when it is advisable for your client to travel, and potential risks and consequences of traveling while in asylee or refugee status.
