In this webinar, the presenters will discuss special rules that allow noncitizens with removal orders to reopen proceedings if country conditions have materially changed such that the noncitizen is eligible for asylum, withholding of removal, or protection under the Convention against Torture. In addition to reviewing applicable law, the presenters will discuss the importance of considering these motions for DACA recipients and working with expert witnesses to put forward the strongest motion possible.
